Hum Bar Monitor Fix  Thanks To Rick!
19V1001 monitor wave or hum bar that would travel from the right to the
left
about 1" wide.

Fix: cap kit-no help.

Replaced Filter Can Cap on chassis and waaalla fixed.
Culprit was a single large can cap that has a 800uf 125v, 200uf 100v, 200uf
50v and a 20uf 200v all in a single can cap. Its the 3" tall one on the
